The back wiper on a 2004 Sienna uses a simple locking mechanism to hold the wiper blade to the wiper arm. You should check the Sienna's wiper blades every six months for wear. If you notice any wear, replace the blade. Replacement wiper blades can be purchased from any auto parts store or directly from Toyota.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Replacement wiper blade
  1. Step 1

Fold the wiper arm away from the rear window so that it sits perpendicular to the window.

  2. Step 2

Swing the wiper blade away from the arm so that it is perpendicular to the wiper arm.

  3. Step 3

Pull the blade assembly away from the arm. Once the wiper blade is rotated away from the wiper arm, it should pull right off the arm assembly.

  4. Step 4

Install the new wiper blade. Installation is the reverse of removal.
