Go to the Sprint website and, in the top right corner of the page, click the "About Us" tab (see "References").

Click the "Careers" tab on the "About Us" page and look over the career opportunities listed and decide which is best for you. Then click the corresponding link to learn more about the position.

Search for openings for the position you selected that suit your needs. Much like online shopping, you can select multiple positions and save them to a cart so you can view them later.

Fill out the questionnaire provided by the site by submitting your email and a password. If you wish to save your progress and come back to the application later, create a log-in account and password.

Fill out the application and submit all the information required. While you only need one application for each position, you can apply for as many positions as you like.

Tips & Warnings
After applying, call the location or locations you applied to and see if they had a chance to view your application. This will show you're interested in the position, and it may make you a more likely candidate for the job.
Be careful when submitting personal information over the Internet. Make sure any job applications you file for Sprint is done from the Sprint careers website.
