Fill in all of the personal, educational and professional information. You will also need to write a short essay about yourself. Explaining how you're going to pay is a must. Wait for your Student Acceptance form. This form is mailed to you after your application package has been received and approved. Sign, date and return it as soon as possible to secure your place.

Pay your first year tuition fees. The fees will be explained in your letter that accompanies your Student Acceptance Form. As of 2009, a single online course costs approximately $1,200.

Get your Certificate of Enrollment and Statement of Paid Tuition. These will come to you after you have paid your tuition fees. If you are an international student, you will need these to apply for your student visa.

Choose your classes. Depending on your program, you will have classes you are required to take and possibly some electives. The necessary courses for each program are listed on the college website. After you have received your Certificate of Enrollment, an academic adviser will help you choose and sign up for your classes..

You will need to enroll in more than 15 hours per week of classes to qualify for a student visa; make sure your selected courses will help you do that.
No refunds will be made if the student cancels or fails to complete the course.
