   Measure the person you are shopping for. Measure chest, waist, and length. Since some dresses may be altered, it's easier to buy by measurements. Find out what color suits your skin tone and hair color.

   Visit Ebay. They will have a large selection in several colors. Some of the dresses are new and some pre owned. Check the listings closely and ask any questions before buying. This is the easiest way to make sure you get the right dress.
