Things You'll Need
- Squeeze bottle
- Hair and scalp therapy oil
- Shampoo and conditioner
- Saran wrap
- Larger towel
- Sage essential oil
- Thyme essential oil
- Rosemary essential oil

Pour the hair and scalp treatment oil into a squeeze bottle similar to those used to apply hair dye. Add 12 drops of sage essential oil and 10 drops of thyme essential oil to the bottle and mix well.

Apply the mixture to the hair and scalp. Start at the front hairline and work to the back of the head, massaging in a circular motion with the fingertips.

Wrap the head with saran wrap followed by a large towel. This will keep heat in and cause the active ingredients to work much faster. Leave the treatment on for at least one hour before washing out.
