How to Lose Facial Weight
The face is the first thing you see when you look at someone, and it's the first thing they see when they look at you. Losing facial weight is not impossible, although it is impossible to target specific areas of the body to lose weight. Losing weight in the face can be done with exercise and healthy life choices.

Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, three days a week. It is impossible to target an area where you wish to lose fat, but this will help to burn fat everywhere in the body. Exercise doesn't have to be boring; dance, go for a walk or run, go swimming, or do some heavy cleaning.

Limit your intake of carbohydrates and refined sugar. Consumption of these two substances could lead to water retention and can easily show up in your face.

Drink at least 8 cups of water a day, so your body doesn't retain water. If your body thinks that it's not getting enough water, it will hold water in your body causing bloating, even in the face.

Close your eyes and relax the muscles in your face. While your eyes are closed, look down and then look up as far as you can. Do this 10 to 15 times daily.

Lift your eyebrows and try to close your eyelids. You should feel the stretch in your face. Hold for five seconds, relax and repeat. Do this five to 10 times daily.

Stick out your tongue and suck in your cheeks. Hold for five seconds, relax and repeat five times. Try to touch your top lip to your nose, hold for five seconds, relax and repeat five times.

Smile as wide as you can. Hold the smile for 10 seconds, relax and repeat for five repetitions.

Do neck rolls every morning to help tighten up the skin a bit. Slowly shake your head as though you're saying "no" for 10 seconds. Nod your head slowly as though you're saying "yes" for 10 more seconds. Then roll your head in a circle for 10 seconds. Repeat five times.
