Are you reaching a weight that you feel that is too late to turn back and lose weight? Afraid that your body can't handle another diet plan or a workout plan? Let me show you that you can lose that fat no matter how heavy you are!

  1. Step 1
     

    Cut out all carbonated drinks (soda), all fruit juices and sports drinks. All of these drinks have calories and no needed vitamins and nutrients that you need to have a healthy body. Drink lots and lots of water. Get your vitamins and nutrients from healthier forms of fuel, such as healthy foods. Follow this simple yet effective tip and notice the difference in how you feel!

  2. Step 2
     

    Start doing some light but calorie burning cardio. This may be a 20 to 30 brisk walk each morning. Instead of using the elevator or escalator, take the stairs. You can go swimming or even something as simple as walking your dog or even riding your bike with friends and family. The point is to keep it simple and fun. That way you don't feel burned and you are actually enjoying working out. Be creative and become more aware of what else you can do to some simple cardio into your daily life. As you get into better shape you can challenge yourself on a higher level of cardio.

  3. Step 3
     

    Get a partner. Maybe your wife,husband,brother,sister,son,daughter,co-worker or even get involved in a support group. That way you can have someone out of yourself that will hold you accountable of your health goals. Also you can have someone to workout with or someone who you can share this journey with. You become the average of top 5 people you associate yourself with the most. So, surround yourself with like minded people.

  4. Step 4
     

    Create a simple,healthy,delicious meal plan. Feel free to eat as much fruit and vegetables as you can. Drink at least a gallon of water a day. Be sure that each meal consist of a serving of protein and carbs. Avoid fried foods and junk foods such as;candy,doughnuts,cookies,cakes etc. Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. One day in the week you can have a cheat day, where you can eat whatever you want as much as you want. The point is to develop healthy eating habits. Living a healthy lifestyle.

  5. Step 5
     

    Create daily favorable conditions for yourself. See, feel and believe that you are a successful person. Believe that you are an excellent person that deserves success at whatever endeavor you are involved with. The point is to establish a healthy and positive mindset. Some of the things you can do is to maybe make a vision board of pictures of how you want to look like. Keep a positive journal and record your progress and tips you learned. Surround yourself with positive and inspiring quotes.
