High Heels make every woman feel confident, but mastering a sexy walk is tough to do. Follow this simple guide on how to properly walk in high heels and turn every head in the room!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • High Heels
  • Enough space to walk 10 steps.
  • A sexy attitude ;)
  1. Step 1

Put on a pair of high heels that fit- if they're to big, you're more prone to rolling an ankle and falling (not sexy).

  2. Step 2

Stand straight and focus on pulling your abs in and shoulders back. This portrays confidence and sexiness in a woman. After all, that's why you're in heels!

  3. Step 3

Take a few steps, keeping your head up and eyes forward. Looking down will pull your shoulders inward and you'll look less confident. Practice walking with your head up.

  4. Step 4

Now, relax you hips and knees as you walk. Keeping your abs pulled in allows your hips and legs to relax and move naturally step after step.

  5. Step 5

Practice, practice, practice. Put all 4 tips together and walking in heels will become second nature. You are ready to show off a strut that will make any woman envious!

Tips & Warnings
  • Remember, walking in high heels should be fun! If you still feel awkward, start from the beginning and take your time with each step.
  • Practice on a non-slippery surface!
