How to Make the World's Greatest Chili

  1. Step 1

In a large-sized pan over medium heat, cook 2 lb. of ground beef until it is completely brown. During this process, add 1 tbsp. of seasoning salt, 1 tbsp. of black pepper, 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped bell pepper. Let the ground beef, onion and bell pepper mix drain in a strainer for about 10 minutes after cooking.

  2. Step 2

In a large pot over low-to-medium heat, insert 3 cups of water, a chili stick, a pack of chili seasoning, 2 standard-sized cans of tomato sauce, a can of Mexican chili beans, a can of diced or chopped tomatoes, and the ground beef, onion and bell pepper mix. Stir all of the ingredients together.

  3. Step 3

Now that the chili consists of all the required ingredients, add 1 tsp. of hot sauce, 6 tbsp. of chili powder, 1 tbsp. of seasoning salt, and 4 tsp. of black pepper. Thoroughly stir these seasonings in with the chili. Let the chili simmer over low heat for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Step 4

Now you are ready to enjoy your chili! Adding crackers or bread to your chili is optional.
