Olive oil is rich in antioxidants, which can help your skin recover faster. In a small, clean bowl, add 12 tablespoons of turmeric powder to 10 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir until the mixture turns into a paste. Massage the paste into the scars and leave on for 30 minutes. Wash and pat dry afterward.

Apply tea tree oil to your skin sores. Terpinen-4-ol, the potent, active ingredient of tea tree oil, is a natural antibiotic that prevents skin infections and reduces the inflammation, redness and itchiness. Generously apply the oil to the sores and gently massage into the skin. Leave the oil on your skin overnight and wash off in the morning.

Apply aloe vera gel to the affected areas and leave on your skin for thirty minutes. The aloe vera plant includes more than a hundred potent healing substances that can reduce inflammation and itchiness. Aloe vera can soothe and nourish your skin, speeding up healing time.

Apply birch leaves to skin sores once a day. The leaves of the birch tree act as an antiseptic for skin sores. They can also relieve inflammation and strengthen the affected skin so it can heal faster. Wash two cups of birch leaves and place in a blender with one cup of water. Blend until mixture turns pasty. Gently massage the birch leaf paste to your skin sores and leave on your skin for 30 minutes. Carefully wash the mixture and pat dry with a clean cloth.
