      How to bake a salty cookies (Afghani cookie). Typically this type of cookie is usually prepared before the popular Muslim Holiday called Eid; This celebration occurring every year at the end of the month of Ramadan. Now before you begin, you will need to make sure you have the following ingredients: flour, Jiffy baking powder, salt, sugar, coriander, cooking oil, eggs and baking pan.

      Step 1: In a large bowl mix 5 cups of Jiffy baking powder, ½ cup of oil, 5 table spoon of salt, 10 table spoon of sugar.
      Step 2. Continue mixing the ingredients until the mix is nicely smooth. If too think, add a little more cooking oil.
      Step 3. Leave the mixer aside for 45 minutes.
      Step 4. Pre-heat the oven to 350.

      Step5. Start making small round flat circles, place the flat round circles into the baking pan. Crack on egg and mix. Brush each cookie before placing in the oven with the egg mix. Continue until all mix is done. Place each pan into the oven. Let cook until 18-20 minutes.
