  1. Step 1

    First thing anyone should want to do is goto a dentist for an annual check up and have him fill those disgusting cavities.

  2. Step 2

    Cavities are probably the source of most peoples bad luck with bad breath.
    Your teeth are literally rotting inside your mouth. Who wants to be called " Rotten Mouth anyway ".
    Aside from thise of you who maybe diabetic or have some other medical condition that causes you to have constant bad breath, in which case please see your medical doctor and your dentist for advise.

  3. Step 3

    That decay and rotting tissue and bone inside your mouth better known as cavities makes up for approximate 95% of bad breath cases I see according to Dr Fox DDS.

    The second most important thing besides the usual brushing , flossing and rinsing is a simple tongue scrap.
    The American Dental Association, ADA has many recommended tongue scrap products on the market today. However a simple way to reduce build up and bad breath is to brush your tongue.

    For many people suffering from a gag reflex tongue brushing will cause vomiting.Using a sterile gauze or other sterilize plastic and easily pulling it down from the back of the tongue to the front is more than enough to remove most of the build up.
