How to Find Jeans That Flatter Your Backside
Finding the right pair of jeans that will flatter the curves, or lack thereof, of your backside can send you on an expedition through malls and department stores for hours on end. Finding the right jeans for a curvy butt means that you find jeans that accentuate your curves without making you appear larger than you really are. Jeans for the person with a skinny backside need to hug a little tighter to make the backside look thicker and more rounded.

1
If you want your backside to appear more curved and shapely, look for designer jeans that are made from lightweight denim. If you have a smaller backside, you want to find jeans made from light material because heavily padded, thick denim will just make your flat backside appear to be even flatter.

2
If you want your backside to appear curvier, choose jeans where the color of the material fades across the derriere of your jeans. Jeans that have color fading from a lighter shade to a darker shade across the seat of the pants make it look like you have more curves in that area.

Check the jeans for the size of the pockets. If you have a small buttocks, you will want to avoid jeans that have big pockets, as this will make your butt appear even smaller than it is. Look for a pair of jeans that have small pockets to make your butt look curvier and fuller.

If you want your backside to appear more shapely, browse through jeans that are made from stretchy jean material. Stretchy material will squeeze against your backside, giving it a firm appearance.

5
If you want your backside to appear smaller, choose jeans with a boot cut. Boot-cut jeans are designed for people who have ample, curvy backsides and hips. These types of jeans are wider at the top and have more room than they appear to have.

To slim your backside, select jeans with large pockets. Large pockets will have the exact opposite effect from small pockets. Big pockets will make your backside appear slightly smaller and firmer.
