This recipe is for a pretty easy beef, sausage, and cheese dip. It is great for parties and family gatherings.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Gather everything you will be needing:

    1 Medium sized Skillet/pan
    Slow Cooker
    1 Pound Ground Meat
    1 Pound Smoked Sausage
    1 Pound Velveeta Cheese

  2. Step 2

Place your ground meat into the medium sized pan. Saute until almost completely cooked.

Be sure the ground meat is broken into small pieces.

  3. Step 3

Cut your smoked sausage into small pieces, then place in the pan. When everything is fully cooked, drain. Pour your meat into the slow cooker.

You can remove the skin from the smoked sausage if you prefer.

  4. Step 4

Add your cheese to the slow cooker. Be sure to do this an hour or so before serving. You need time for everything to cook together, and have a great flavor.

  5. Step 5

Provide a serving spoon to your guests. Serve with chips or crackers.

If this dip is for a certain holiday, try adding food coloring. You can make a scary dip for Halloween, or a festive dip for other holidays.
