When you purchased the express software license from StoresOnline.com, you utilized the "Business to Business Order Form," which is the sales contract between you and StoresOnline.com. It consists of two 8.5-inch by 5.5-inch pages attached to each another. One page is yellow and the other is pink. As the contract clearly states on the front of the yellow page, you "may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the 3rd business day after the date of this transaction. Individuals 65 or older may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the 15th business day following this transaction". The date is stamped on the back of the yellow page and may not necessarily be the date you signed it. On the back of the yellow page is the "Notice of Cancellation," which explains how you may cancel your purchase of the product and receive your refund without dispute.

The "Storefront License Certificate" contains the "Site Key" and "Password" so you can log into your account at StoresOnline.com. You will also need this information when you cancel your order.

The "Certificate of License" contains the license number to your software product. You will need to provide this number when submitting your cancellation.

Submitting your notice of cancellation to obtain your refund in either of two ways, but doing both is advised.

      1. On the back of the yellow "Business to Business Order Form" is an email address --- cxlrequest@myquickresponse.com --- to which you may submit your notice of cancellation. Send an email to that email address and title the message "Notice of Cancellation." Provide your name and the license number from your certificate of license document, and type in the message: "Notice is hereby given that I hereby revoke, cancel, and rescind the agreement to the aforementioned software product and request an immediate refund of my money."

      2. Log in to your account at storesonline.com and register your subscription by entering your "Site Key" and "Password" from the Software License Agreement. Contact online support and cancel your subscription. Demand a refund. You will be asked for your license number from your certificate of license and encouraged to submit an email to "help@myquickresponse.com." You will receive a verification number. Be sure to note it. Request a transcript of your online chat for verification of your cancellation.

Tips & Warnings

  • If a refund is not issued, file a consumer fraud complaint with your state attorney general.

  • Note all dates and times of your cancellation request and do not assume that one of the cancellation methods will suffice. Exercise both.
