        Take the phone off the hook.

        Fill a small to medium plate with Oreo cookies.

        Pour yourself a glass of your favorite red or white wine. If you can't decide, opt for a full-bodied red Zinfandel.

        Take a sip or two of the wine.

        Break an Oreo cookie in half.

        Scrape the white stuff over your lower teeth, letting it slowly melt in your mouth.

        Swish some wine in your mouth.

        Dunk the cookie halves, one at a time, into the wine, and munch on them slowly.

        Close your eyes and moan.

        Repeat steps as needed.

      You don't have to unscrew or break it in half, dunk the Oreo in the milk or red wine (personally I prefer milk) and eat it whole.
