How to Freeze a Quiche
Quiche is a tasty one-dish meal made of eggs, vegetables and sometimes meat. Not only is quiche versatile and delicious, it is simple to make as well. Prepare the quiche according to your recipe. Bake the quiche, then place it on a cooling rack and allow it to cool completely.

Wrap the quiche carefully in aluminum foil, sealing the foil tightly around it.

Position the wrapped quiche on a large sheet of freezer paper. Wrap the freezer paper around the quiche, as though you were wrapping a gift. Tape the freezer paper to seal it around the quiche. Freezer paper is specifically designed to protect foods in the freezer, so using it in conjunction with aluminum foil will protect the quiche in the freezer.

Label the quiche with the contents and the date, and place it in the freezer. Use the quiche within six months for best results.

Tips & Warnings
To prepare frozen quiche for eating, remove the freezer paper and loosen the aluminum foil slightly. Place the quiche in the refrigerator, and allow it to stand until it has thawed. Place a baking sheet in the oven, and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the aluminum foil from the quiche, and place the quiche onto the hot baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until the quiche is hot. Remove from the oven, and serve immediately.
