After all the hard work is done with writing then there is one thing left to do, PROMOTE! PROMOTE! PROMOTE! In this article I am going to show you how to give your book the promotion it needs to become the talk of the town.

   Once you have written your masterpiece you are going to need to build a fan base. One way of doing that is by building a website. You can build one free of charge and promote your work from there. You can also tell people about who you are and how you got your start in writing. I have personally found one site that is really good to use to build a site and that is Wix.com. There website builder is easy and fun to use.

2. 

   Another way to promote your book is by making a trailer for the book. You know how there are movie trailers? Well there are trailers author's create for their books. If you have a program on your computer like Window's Movie Maker you can make your own video and post on your web page or post it on Youtube.com This will help bring more attention to your work.

3. 

   Last but not least, talk! Good old fashioned word of mouth promotion. Tell friends, family, co-workers about your book. If you tell them they will spread the word around and your book will get even more attention.

Tips & Warnings

• This can be hard to do, but with determination and sheer will you can make your book stand out in the crowd and become a best seller.

• Keep in mind like i said this is hard work. If you don't put in the work you won't achieve the status your looking for with your book.
