Be a Light For Your Church

When you are fortunate enough to have a wonderful church family, help your church when you can. Communicate with the members and help them when you can. Help your pastor out. He has a big job.

Instructions

1. 

   Keep up with the announcements and the weekly bulletin. When you have a sick or hurting church member, you need to send them a card or letter to let them know they are missed and thought about.

2. 

   Call people in your church that are sick or shut in and can't leave home. If someone is having a very hard time, like a death in the family or a divorce, call and talk. Offer your ear...let them know they are not alone. This will be a great help for their healing!

3. 

   When you can, bake a cake and take it to the door of someone that needs to know you are praying for them, and the church remembers them in their time of trouble. Hopefully your church has a call system that if someone has a death in the family in the church, you all take food to the family's home.
