Things You'll Need:
- 1 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 32 ounces softened cream cheese
- 14 ounces condensed milk sweetened
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups frozen or fresh chopped cranberries

Step 1
Mix the graham crackers, sugar and butter in a bowl. Grease a 9-inch spring form pan. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the pan.

Use a mixer to combine and mix the cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Add the lemon juice and eggs. Beat on low until mixed. Add the cranberries and continue to mix on low.

Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust. Place a cookie sheet under the pan and place in a preheated oven at 325 degrees F. Bake until the center is set for about sixty to seventy minutes.

Step 4
Cool for ten minutes and run a knife along the side to loosen the cake and refrigerate for six hours. Remove from the pan and serve.
