How to Create a '60s Costume for Women

You'll have fun with this 1960s mini look. The wilder the colors, the better!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Go-go Girl Costumes
• Minidresses
• Blow Dryers
• Eye Makeup
• Eye Makeup Removers
• Beatles CDs Or Tape

1. Straighten your hair with a large, round brush and a hair dryer, or wear a wig with long, straight hair and bangs.

2. Emphasize your eyes with lots of eyeliner and mascara. A light-colored lipstick is best.

3. Put on fishnet pantyhose. You want the design to go all the way to the waist.

4. Wear a minidress that comes to about 10 inches above your knees. A loud, colorful pattern is perfect.

5. Pull on tight boots that come to just below the knee.

Tips & Warnings

• Put on some Beatles music to get you into a '60s mood while you're getting dressed.
• Look in the mirror and practice bending and sitting.
• Bend or sit at your own risk.
