How to Find a Sample Fax Cover Sheet

It is a good idea to include a fax cover sheet with every fax you send. It informs the recipient of details such as who the fax is intended for, who it is from, and your return fax information. Viewing a few sample fax cover sheets is a great way to see first hand how the information should be organized on your cover sheet.

   Log on to a few websites that offer sample fax cover sheets and other fax resources. I have included a few helpful websites in my resources section near the bottom of the page. Upon logging on to the proper website simply browse through all of the sample cover sheets offered until you find one that you like.

2. Yahoo Images

   Also be sure to search for sample fax cover sheets on image websites such as Yahoo images (yahoo.com/images). Your search will return a wide selection of different cover sheets that you can print and attach to your fax or use as a model to create your own.

3. View and Compare

   Be sure to view and compare at least 2 or 3 different fax cover sheets. You will find that some cover sheets are better than others, so checking out a few is important in finding the best cover sheet.

4. Fax Cover Sheet Generators

   Consider trying a fax cover sheet generator. Such generators can be found online or can be downloaded for free from websites such as download.com. They will create a fax cover sheet for you based on the information you input into the generator.

5. Old Cover Sheets

   If you have any old fax cover sheets laying around from someone who sent you one in the past, you can use that as a model for creating your own cover sheet. Consider scanning it in to your computer or simply recreating the structure of the sheet through a word processor.
