Making two IDs on Windows live messenger is a relatively simple process and relies on having a different email address. You may need to protect your identity for whatever reason, but remember that internet activity can always be traced to the end user, so using this method for criminal activity is ill-advised.

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer
  • Internet Connection
  • email accounts
  1. Step 1

Go into Windows Live Messenger and follow the prompts to make yourself a registered user with the program. This will require using your email address to set up a user name and password and a unique persona on Messenger and you can begin chatting.

  2. Step 2

Make a 2nd ID. Go to one of the many email providers such as hotmail, yahoo, mail.com, etc and sign up for a new email address. Choose yourself a different email address and password. Once you have your new email address you may begin.

  3. Step 3

Repeat step one and sign yourself up into another Messenger account using a different username and online persona. Remember this is relatively simple and can be detected by any internet savvy user. You can however use a proxy server, which will enable you to disguise your own IP address.

  4. Step 4

This process is quite common and can easily be done legally, however even proxy servers can be tracked by law enforcement authorities, so illegal activities will be discovered.
