How to Get Around a Websense Shopping Block
Websense is third-party developer that tracks and reports malicious Internet events such as spyware, phishing, spam and compromised websites. Many information technology (IT) security professionals contract out to this service in order to better protect their company intranets. Unfortunately several reputable sites have seen recent attacks where they have been reported to Websense as fraudulent. You can use a proxy domain to run a website without interference.

Tips & Warnings
It is usually a good idea to change the referring domain every few days to prevent too much traffic from a single site.
Your corporate IT professionals will only be able to see the proxy domain you use, but will still be able to see any information that is transmitted (such as images or videos).
