How to Paste Videos to Your iPod
An iPod is a very popular portable digital media device. It gives you the capability to carry, listen to and watch different types of uploaded media like music, video and photos. The advent of this handheld device frees your entire digital media collection from the confines of your personal computer.

Open up the iTunes software program. ITunes is necessary to upload any video file to an iPod. If you don't have this program, you can download it free from Apple.com.

Locate the video file in the iTunes library. Video files are organized into the "Library" of iTunes. You can find the Library listing on the left-side navigation area. All videos can be found under either the "Movies" or "TV Shows" links in the Library menu. Each link will open a different window where you can find your videos listed.

Attach your iPod the your computer. Use the USB cord that came with your iPod to attach it to the USB port of your computer. Once attached, the iPod settings window will appear in the iTunes program and there will be another link the left-side navigation area.

Return to the Movies or TV Shows window.

Select the video you wish to upload to the iPod. Hover the cursor over the video and click to select.

Use drag-and-drop feature to move the video to the iPod. Once you select the video, hold down the mouse button and drag the mouse over until it is hovering over the iPod link in the left navigation area. Once the iPod link becomes highlighted, release the mouse button. ITunes will then upload the video to the iPod.

Tips & Warnings
You can also adjust the settings in the iPod window of iTunes to automatically sync new videos to your iPod when you attach it to your computer.
