Do you travel much and suffer from jet lag effects on your body? Changing time zones can cause jet lag effects and create havoc. There is good news because you can fight jet lag effects with a few simple steps. You'll feel better while on business travel or vacation if you're not suffering from jet lag effects on your body.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Eat meals at the regular times you normally eat them before you decided to travel. Irregular meal times is one result of jet lag effects on the body and can cause stomach problems. Eat at the time you ate before traveling.

  2. Step 2

    Drink bottled water to reduce jet lag effects on the body. This will keep you hydrated and feeling better to deal with the jet lag effects you might experience. Drink water as soon as you get off of the flight to avoid jet lag effect of dehydration during travel trips.

  3. Step 3

    Sleep on your normal sleep hours as much as possible to avoid jet lag effects of irritability and being cranky around others. Keep your watch and your alarm clock set to the normal hours you keep for sleeping to reduce jet lag effects of mood swings while traveling for business or vacation trips.
