Naturally Lower Blood Pressure

Having trouble with high blood pressure? Start taking this and lower your blood pressure

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Perma-Guard Diatomaceous earth
  1. Step 1

First you need to purchase some Perma-Guard Diatomaceous Earth. Yes it has to be Perma-Guard brand, this is the only brand that is safe for humans to consume. You can sometimes find this brand at a health food store, or you can shop around. Do some research, and usually you can find it for $3-$4 dollars a pound shopping on the internet for it.

  2. Step 2

Once you have purchased the diatomaceous earth, then you can start taking it in water or juice. I mix about a tablespoon, in with about 8 ounces of your preferred drink. Mix the diatomaceous earth into your drink thoroughly, and drink it down. The taste is kind of chalky, but after awhile, it's no big deal.

  3. Step 3

I take the diatomaceous earth twice a day like this. My blood pressure has lowered, but I am not the only one this has happened to, I will give a link so you can read more about this. Usually it will take a couple of weeks to get your blood pressure under control, so continue taking it daily.

Tips & Warnings
  • Remember only Perma-Guard Diatomaceous earth, the others have arsenic in them.
