Step 1
Most foot odors are caused by bad bacteria and moisture that builds up inside shoes, socks and hosiery. The first step in getting rid of the foot odor is to make sure your feet, socks and shoes are clean and moisture-free. Never wear gym shoes to the gym without socks. If you have a problem with foot sweating, always change your socks often and keep your feet as dry as possible.

Step 2
Foot odor still a problem? Try talcum powder and anti-fungal sprays and creams to kill the bacteria that is causing the foot odor. Many of these powders, creams and lotions can be purchased online or in drugstores everywhere. They work to "eat up" the odor and moisture that builds up on your feet and causes the offensive odor.

Step 3
You can also eliminate stinky feet by soaking them often (at least once a day) in epsom salt, or sodium bicarbonate which will neutralize foot odors. This will also relax your feet and reduce stress from your day all at the same time- an added benefit.

Step 4
Lastly, make sure your overall hygiene and diet is in check. When you have a healthy diet, engage in healthy eating and take showers or baths daily, foot odor should be minimal.
