Fabric glue can be used for your applique quilting projects. Applique is a form of adding images to your quilt for a decorative style. You can sew each piece on, glue them on or you can do both. The fabric glue can hold on to the shapes that you wish to sew. It can keep together fabric without sewing, you can just use fabric glue without sewing anything at all! Follow the instructions below:

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Cut your fabric. Get your fabric ready to be glued, pay attention to the seam allowance.

  2. Step 2

    Fold your seam allowance over to the desired size. Use a ruler to measure the exact seam.

  3. Step 3

    Use the fabric glue.

  4. Step 4

    Apply it to the fabric, little by little to prevent it from over flowing.

  5. Step 5

    Attach the fabric to your background fabric. You can do this with more fabric glue. put fabric glue on the seam allowance, not too much.

  6. Step 6

    Sew it on. You can sew on your fabric as well. You can make embroidery stitches for this.
