Store hair bows, barrettes and hair clips neatly on a length of ribbon fastened to the wall, or back of the closet door, with fancy tacks.

baby hair accessoriesStore headbands on empty 3-liter bottles. After finished the soft drink inside, wash and dry the bottles. Fill the bottles about a third full of water. Add some food coloring to match your decor, a cup of vegetable oil and glitter. Put the cap back on the bottle. Then slip the headbands over them.

Store hair scrunchies on empty 1-liter water bottles. Fill the bottle about half way with water. Add some food coloring to match your decor, a third of a cup of vegetable oil and some glitter. Put the cap on the bottle, then store your hair scrunchines on it.

Use empty paper towel or toilet paper rolls to hold hair ties neatly. If desired, cover the cardboard tubes with fabric to match your decor. Simply cut a rectangle of fabric and glue it onto the tube with school glue or tacky glue.

children's hair accessoriesStretch a length of ribbon or piece of elastic across the back of the closet door to store hair ribbons. Simply fold the ribbons over the taut ribbon or elastic.

Store tiny hair clips in plastic ice cube trays.

Use a pretty vintage tin or ceramic box to hold hair pins.
