Buying organic fruit and vegetables is the best.Buy organic vegetables and fruits. Organic food is grown without the help of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. Buy local food only during its season.

Sometimes it helps to peel off the skin or remove outer layer of leaves to reduce pesticides. People don't want to get rid of the peel because most nutrients are in peel. Biodegradable and natural cleansers are available to clean the outer surface.
