Avoiding pesticides is especially important for preschool-aged children. There are two reasons that children are at greater risk of getting sick. Children eat more food relative to their body mass, and they eat more foods higher in pesticides such as vegetables, fresh fruits and juices.
Here are some suggestions for avoiding pesticides in your diet.
