Do you fell exhausted and tired no matter how much sleep you get? You may have chronic fatigue syndrome (fatigue chronic syndrome, fatigue syndrome chronic, syndrome chronic fatigue). Here are a few quick tips on how to tell if you have chronic fatigue syndrome.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Be familiar with all of the chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms. Symptoms may include unrefreshing sleep, always feeling exhausted, muscle pain, memory loss, extreme and constant fatigue, enlarged lymph nodes, and sore throat. For a complete list of signs and symptoms, visit the Mayo Clinic's official web page.

  2. Step 2

Get a good nights sleep a few days in a row. If you wake up still feeling tired and unrefreshed, there is a good chance you could be suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome.

  3. Step 3

Get tested by your local physician. Getting tested is important as there are many similar syndromes like fibromyalgia that can display the same symptoms. Getting tested is the first step towards chronic fatigue syndrome treatment.
