This article will tell you how to odor from your shoes.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Avoid Bare feet:

Shoes and sneakers can be worn on your feet all day long. They can be worn when it is hot outside and as a result you are sweating and growing bacteria in your feet. If you use your sneakers for running you can imagine how dirty and sweaty your sneakers will become over time. The best piece of advice is to never wear them with bare feet because the sweat will be absorbed in the soles of your shoes rather than in your socks. The bacteria will create an odor that you will have no control over.

  2. Step 2

    Use Foot Powder:

There are a variety of powders you can put on your feet and in your shoes and sneakers to kill bacteria and mask the odor. Your shoes will smell cleaner and if the bacteria is killed there will be zero odor.

  3. Step 3

    Get New Sole Inserts:

If you have already worn your sneakers bare foot then you will have to buy new sole inserts and removal of the old inserts is required. This should help with the odor.

  4. Step 4

    Clean Your Feet Well:

Remember that the cause of odor is often your feet. Remember to care for your feet by washing them thoroughly. Use proper care on your nails as well where bacteria and fungus can breed.
