Step 1
Brush for at least 2 minutes:
In order to prevent tooth decay the most essential duty you have is to brush your teeth at least twice daily. Choose a toothbrush that has bristles to accommodate your teeth. Some bristles are stiff and others are soft. Brushing after meals is ideal since it will remove sediment that will create bacteria that will eat away your enamel. -
Step 2
Use an electric toothbrush:
The cost of an electric toothbrush is greater than a regular toothbrush but it is a good investment. Some products can do wonders for your teeth and an electric toothbrush is definitely one of them. An electric toothbrush will give your teeth a much more thorough cleaning and will automatically time how long you should be brushing for. -
Step 3
Floss:
Getting in between your teeth is essential to avoid cavities. Flossing will also make your gums healthy and less prone to gum disease. -
Step 4
Use a fluoride rinse:
Using rinses can help with whitening your teeth, reduce bad breath, and add fluoride that will strengthen your teeth.
