Step 1
Ingredients:
2 pds cubed steak
1/4 c. Worcestershire Sauce
dash of garlic powder
1 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
1 onion, minced
3 1/4 c. hot water
salt & pepper
red pepper flakes -
Step 2
Marinate your steaks in your Worcestershire Sauce over night (if possible). Remove from the marinade. Heat your oil in a large frying pan. Season both sides of the steaks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Dip the steak in the flour until covered completely. Fry steaks until golden brown on both sides. Turn heat to low and continue cooking. (this way the inside of the steaks won't get dry)
-
Step 3
Boil 1/4 cup of water with your onion. Remove your steaks from the frying pan. Add your water and onion into the pan. Add 3 tbs of flour. Stir until lightly browned. Slowly pour remaining 3 cups of hot water and continue stirring as the gravy thickens. Season with salt & pepper.
-
Step 4
Place your steaks on your serving platter. Top with your country gravy and serve. Incredible!
