Things You'll Need:
- Warm water
- Towel
- Lubrication
-
Step 1
Soak a hand towel in warm water. Wring the water out until it is no longer dripping. Wrap the towel around your penis and let it sit for five minutes before removing it.
-
Step 2
Apply lubricant to your hands and penis. The penis and hands should be entirely covered with lubricant to avoid chafing.
-
Step 3
Massage the penis until it reaches a semi-erect state. Jelqing will not work if the penis is flaccid or fully erect.
-
Step 4
Wrap one hand firmly around the base of the penis. The grip should be tight enough that it restricts blood flow to and from the penis, but not so tight that it becomes painful.
-
Step 5
Use your other hand to make a milking motion on your penis. This will push the blood forward to the tip of the penis. You must also have a firm grip when doing these jelq strokes.
-
Step 6
Do 100 jelq strokes a day for your first week. Move up to 200 strokes on your second week, and then 400 on your third week. Do not exceed 400 jelq strokes per day.
-
Step 7
Wash your hands and penis. Wrap a warm damp towel around your penis for five minutes to get the blood flowing again.
-
Step 8
Continue jelqing one time per day. Results should be noticeable after several months of doing this.
