Press "Start" (left soft-key) on your phone and select "Messaging."

Select the account you want to access and select "New." Enter your recipient's email address in the "To" field. If you want to enter the recipient's email address from your contact list, press "Enter" in the "To" field and select the recipient you want to send the picture mail to.
