Things You'll Need:
- Measuring cup
-
Step 1
Remove the reservoir cap on the rear of the steam cleaner and pour in one cup of water. Tighten the cap back and plug the power cord into an electrical socket.
-
Step 2
Turn the steamer to the "ON" position and allow the system to heat up for five to 10 minutes. When the steamer is ready, the indicator light will turn from red to green. Select the appropriate setting for the type of floor you are cleaning. "Low" should be used for vinyl and linoleum, "Medium" for hardwood floors and "High" for carpet.
-
Step 3
Use the trigger nozzle to spray the steam in a small area (3 feet by 5 feet is ideal). Run the steamer back and forth to clean the floor and remove the moisture. Repeat the process in small areas until you have finished cleaning the floor.
