How to Build a Bone Spirit Necro in Diablo 2
Bone spirit necromancers in "Diablo II" focus more on doing direct damage than most necromancer builds. The main attack skill of this build is bone spirit, which is the highest direct-damage spell a necromancer can get. Bone spirit also homes in on enemies if it initially misses. Bone spirit necromancers must spend points in the poison and bone spells branch of the skill tree. The damage for bone spirit can be upgraded by leveling teeth, bone wall, bone spear and bone prison.

Upgrade teeth with seven skill points, bone armor with one skill point and corpse explosion with one skill point. Save the extra skill points you acquire between now and level 18.

Upgrade bone spear with one skill point. This skill does not become available until your necromancer reaches level 18. Save the next skill points until you reach level 30.

Upgrade bone spirit with 20 skill points. This skill does not become available until your necromancer reaches level 30.

Use your skill points to upgrade teeth and bone spear to level 20.

Upgrade bone wall with one skill point to unlock bone prison.

Use your remaining skill points to upgrade bone wall. These points could also be used to upgrade summoning or curse spells.

Tips & Warnings
Bone spirit will be the main attack spell used in combat once you reach level 30. The other skills are upgraded because teeth, bone spear, bone wall and bone prison give bonuses to the damage done by bone spirit.
