How to Make a Messy French Twist Updo

Maybe you are bored wearing your hair the same way every day. They say variety is the spice of life, so why not give this updo a try. Things You'll Need:

• Hair brush, comb
• Hair Accessories
• Hair spray
• Mirror(s)

1. Create this style the day after you washed your hair, to prevent hair being soft and frizzy.

2. Brush your hair and then gather your hair in a loose ponytail at the back of your head. Twist the ponytail.

3. Curl the twisted ponytail up the back of your head and form into a bun. Insert a bobby pin sideways at the top of your head to secure the messy French twist. Use another bobby pin to further secure the twist, this time pushing it in downwards on the messy French twist.
   
   Apply some hairspray, if needed to further hold the twist together.

4. Leave ends on the back loose. Allow some of the hair flying free around your face and neck.

5. Add other hair accessories, depending on your personal preference, to decorate your hair.
