Many of us at one time or another sprain our ankles. This causes a great deal of pain and swelling. There are very great natural ways to treat a sprained ankle. In this article, you will learn some of these fantastic treatments and cures for sprains.

  • Bee Propolis
  1. Step 1

    Get off that ankle and let it heal. Elevate it and take it easy. A sprain can be greatly irritated at first by putting pressure on it.

  2. Step 2

    For pain, apply Arniflora gel to your sprained area. This gel works fantastic and will greatly relieve and incredible amount of pain to the sprained area. This gel also works wonders on sore muscles and joints. It is raved about by advocates of natural medicine. Arniflora can be found at most natural medicine & food stores.

  3. Step 3

    For the swelling, take Bee Propolis. This is a super food that tastes like a combination of beeswax and honey. It is the best anti-inflammatory containing food that is known to exist. (effect of caffeic acid phenethyl ester). This will greatly reduce the swelling of your ankle. A good teaspoon a day should do the trick. Bee Propolis is also found at health food stores.

  4. Step 4

    Stay off your ankle as much as possible. Soon you will find that it only gives you medium to mild discomfort to walk on it. At this point, it is good to put a little pressure and weight on it while healing.
