Step 1
Step One: Crack the egg on the side of the fry pan. Pour the egg into the fry pan in about a pat of margarine. Use medium heat and heat the egg slowly as not to have brown edges framing the fried egg. Do not leave the stove as you need to watch the egg as it fries so that you will know when to flip the egg over.

Step 2
Step Two: Once the lidquid outer part of the egg hardens, then it is time to flip the egg. Do use a spatula to help you to flip the egg over the other side. Do not mash the egg in the center as the slow heat will cook the egg yellow all the way through as the egg white.

Step 3
Step Three: After the egg has cooked on the other side, then it is time to use the spatula to gently lift the egg from the fry pan onto a serving dish. The egg is not done if it is liquid with egg white or egg yellows. The egg should be solid and cooked thoroughly without burning before serving. Serve the fried eggs with toast lightly spread with jelly of your choice of flavor.
