Step 1
Never forget to eat breakfast : The one thing that skinny people have in common is that they always eat breakfast! After sleeping for 6-8 hours the night before, your body is starving and needs nourishment, that's why it’s the most important meal of the day. You should never delay eating breakfast. Cleaning the junk out of your intestines will directly influence the size of your waistline because your intestines will be less stuffed and therefore smaller.

Always have water with you: Water helps to flush out harmful toxins in your body. A nice trick is to drink a glass of water before you meals so that you won't over eat. Water will take up room in your stomach so you will want to eat less, and you'll feel fuller, faster.

Go Green! – Leafy green vegetables, such as lettuce, do the tasks that the skins of fruit do! Leafy veggies don't get broken down by the stomach during digestion. Instead, it gets crushed into very small pieces. Those little segments then work its way through your bowels and scrub all the toxins and junk from your intestines and colon.
