How to Review My Orchard Credit Card Account

Orchard Bank offers traditional credit cards and secured credit cards to consumers who want to build a good credit history. The company offers traditional paper statements, e-mail and text-message alerts and online account management.

Instructions

1. Visit OrchardBank.com. Click "Register" and follow the prompts to set up online account access.

2. Log into your account using your Orchard Bank user name and password. On the Account Overview page, containing a brief summary of your account, check your current balance and available credit as well as information about your most recent payment and your next scheduled payment.

3. Click "Statements" to view your recent transactions. View charges and payments since your most recent statement.

4. Click "Last Statement" to view your most recent statement.

5. Click "Historical Statements" to view and print previous statements. Retrieve statements up to a year old.

6. Click "Payments" to review and change your payment information. Make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
