How To Dry Roast Raw Peanuts
Dry roasting peanuts in a skillet or in the oven does not require any special equipment. Leave the peanuts unsalted or salt them immediately after roasting while the peanut oil still shimmers on the surface of the hot nuts. Warm, fresh roasted peanuts are an excellent, healthy snack, or they can be stored in an airtight container for eating later. Does this Spark an idea?
