How to Change the Wiper Motor on a Volkswagen

The windshield wiper motor on a Volkswagen controls the action of the wiper blades. Although the motor should last the lifetime of the vehicle, wiper motors do die occasionally. Slow wiper action or reduced wiper arm performance is a clear indication that the motor is dying. When this happens, you'll need to replace the wiper motor.
