How to Style Frizzy Hair

Taming frizzy dry hair can be a nightmare. I hope this article give you helpful tips to smooth your hair. I have found this method works well for me.

Instructions

1. Wash hair using a moisturizing shampoo. I have found Giovanni Smooth as Silk shampoo works well. Lather and rinse.

2. Use a deep moisture conditioner, Giovanni Smooth as Silk works well. Comb thru hair using large tooth comb. Leave in 2 to 3 minutes, rinse thoroughly.

3. Spray in a leave-in moisturizing conditioner, Nexxus Photo Organics Luxxtress brand is a good one to try. Comb conditioner thru hair using a large tooth comb.

4. Using a blow dryer on high setting, pull hair taunt using a round or paddle brush to style. Blow dry one area at a time from wet to dry to avoid frizz. Start from bangs and sides of hair and then dry the back last.

5. After drying hair completely dry (again to avoid frizz), lightly spray hair using a humidity protection hairspray.

Tips & Warnings

• Always wear a hat that covers all of your hair when raining, to avoid frizz.
