Step 1
Go to your local farmer's market or grocery store. Try to pick out organic and locally grown blueberries. Once home, rinse the blueberries well before eating them.

Although it is important to eat a variety of food, while you are trying to lose stomach fat try eating at least one serving (1/2 cup) of blueberries per day.
If blueberries aren't your thing then try one of these: chokeberry, black raspberry, red grape, or purple corn. These are all high in anthocyanins-antioxidants which seems to be the chemical that helps reduce stomach fat. -
Step 3
This is just one of many things you can do to reduce stomach fat. I strongly encourage an exercise routine and healthy eating, beyong just the blueberries.
