    Working out at home can be one of the most efficient ways possible of getting in your daily exercise. You don't necessarily need weights to see improvements to your physique. Though lifting weights are beneficial, you can get just as fit just by using your own body weight. It's called body weight calisthenics.

    If you haven't noticed, this style of training uses your own body weight for working out. Through this style of training, you'll be able to see LEAN gains in muscle mass, weight loss, toned abs, and a much stronger and fitter you! Whether if you're female or male, 20 or 40, athletic or non-athletic, calisthenics can prove beneficial to any demographic possible.

    Body weight exercises can be beneficial to anyone of any age, race, body type, and gender! You heard right! Stop following workout routines that get you nowhere and start seeing results! I can't stress this enough. I have many clients coming up to me and emailing me on a daily basis asking for an alternative to using weights. Well, my immediate first suggestion is body weight calisthenics because the results you get with this kind of training is just unbelievable.

    Stop watching that Bowflex commercial right now! You don't need to spend $1000 on weight equipment just to see results.
