My birthday is on Halloween The only costume I'd like to receive as a gift is an intimate one (if it's from my partner). I like poetry, writing, books, roses, etc. I also like sentimental things from my partner. If your partner's birthday is in October, be creative.

Please remember that people who have October birthdays have always had to deal with the whole Halloween theme, especially if it is close to the 31st. I would never want to receive a costume or related item as a gift.
